the Klugh clip

I'm sure everyone who's interested has seen this already. Is it a preview from season 3 or something? The quality looks too good to be shot to watch on phones, or whatever they're doing with that. I think I recognize the voice at the end.

I'll do a proper search when I get home, but here's what I remember from the video:

We're going down a river on the island, lush trees on either side of us. The ride is jerky, suggesting a raft or other small boat -- nothing electric powered, or too big. At first, the camera is positioned so that we can't see who is piloting the craft -- it's as if we are looking out through someone else's eyes; then the face of Ms. Klugh slides into view, eyes huge as she stares out over the river, drinking in the sites.

A familiar sound fills our ears and we realize a flashback is starting.

We're in a small, cramped apartment in a city somewhere. (Something about it made me think it was the 70s, but I can't remember what -- furniture? Music?). It is day, but something is draped over the window -- not curtains, but a piece of semi-translucent fabric that filters the light. The bars of a fire-escape are visible beyond the window.

The camera turns and we see Ms. Klugh lying on a bed (she looks pretty much exactly the same, so maybe this isn't too far in the past after all?). She's wearing a light colored shawl and a (red?) scarf on her head. An old-fashioned rotary phone rings on a dresser covered with papers and vials. She picks up and a voice says something in French. (It's not Rousseau, though -- this is a male voice.)
